Five Spot Seeds (Nemophila maculata)

Five Spot is a very unique flower. It grows around six inches tall and gets white flowers that each has five purple spots. Direct sow in early spring, pressing lightly onto the soil surface. The seeds need light to germinate. Keep the soil lightly moist until germination, which should occur within 15-20 days. Start the seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost and transplant outdoors.
Keep the five spot plants watered, since they do not like dry soil and wither quickly in drought. Its sprawling habit makes it an excellent choice for mass planting. This plant does not do well in excessive heat and doesn't like being transplanted. 90% germination rate. Annual. 40 seeds per pkg.
