Purple Ghost Japanese Maple Tree (Acer Palmatum 'Purple Ghost') Seeds

The Purple Ghost Japanese Maple (acer palmatum ‘purple ghost’) is one of the rarest and most beautiful of the Japanese maple trees. The foliage is very distinctive, with variegated deep purple leaves with black inner streaks. These leaves turn a gorgeous crimson red in the fall and winter. It grows quickly and more upright than its pendulous cousins. The purple ghost works best in full sun to partial shade. They’re hardy from zones 5-9. They also make excellent bonsai specimens. Each pack comes with basic instructions for germination.
