This beautiful Balkan heirloom pepper is almost translucent pale yellow in color.
Very sweet for fresh use and stuffing as you would a bell, but when fully ripened
and dried it acquires a deeper orange/red color and makes a wonderful paprika, as
well. Elongated blocky-bell shaped fruit.
This is a large sweet pepper that sometimes grows point up. The end of the
pepper can have 3-4 lobes or points at it's tip. If ripens to a whitish creamy yellow.
The Soroksari pepper is ideal for salads and stuffing! It also can stay on vine till it
gets an orange color which gives it a more rich sweetness and makes it ideal for
drying into a sweet flavorful seasoning powder for traditional Balkan dishes!
Depending on growing conditions it will have zero to mild heat. The Soroksari chile
plant grows 2-3 feet tall.
Needs warm temperature for germination. Transplant after first true leaves open. Grow at 62F night temperature and 70F days.
